The normal collection fee is 17 percent plus attorney and/or court costs. The service charge for a dishonored check is $30. The transient form for students within the Florida public college and university system creates the application if done through theFlorida Virtual Campus for students coming from Florida public colleges and universities. These transient students are not charged an application fee, but are charged a transient fee not to exceed $5 per course enrolled. This is a processing fee and will not be refunded if the student does not enroll.Transients from out-of-state and private institutions should apply using the online application and provide a transient letter/form.
